RETURN POLICY

CONTACT US AT info@aceshoppingclub.com to arrange for a return of your item.  We value you as a customer.  It's our aim to provide you with exceptional products and service.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

1- BROKEN / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of your item, and provide us with the following information in your email: 

  • Order number/SKU number
  • Item Name
  • Tracking number
  • First and Last name
  • Delivery Address
  • Delivery date
  • Telephone Number
  • Reason for return - if item is damaged please describe the damage and enclose a photograph of the damage if possible.

        Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.

2- SIZE/ COLOR EXCHANGE 

Please contact us at info@aceshoppingclub.com within 14 days after receipt of your item, and we will arrange for return/exchange. Please provide us with the following information in your email.

  • Order number/SKU number
  • Item Name
  • Tracking number
  • First and Last name
  • Delivery Address
  • Delivery date
  • Telephone Number
  • Reason for return

          Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. 

 3- ANY OTHER REASON

You must contact us at info@aceshoppingclub.com to arrange for a return of your item within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will only be issued in the form of original payment. Please provide the following information with your email. This information will also need to be included with your return:

  • Order Number/SKU number
  • Item Name
  • Tracking Number
  • First and Last name
  • Delivery Address
  • Delivery Date
  • Telephone Number
  • Reason for return -  This information is valuable to us.  We strive to maintain a high standard of quality within our collections. This will enable us to better serve you in the future and continue to provide you with an unparalleled selection of items to choose from.

Items returned for any reason must be in their original condition - unwashed and unworn  -  Items not returned in this condition will not be accepted. (This does not include items that are received in a damaged condition.)

Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.  

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN 

*Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. 

  • We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
  • Items returned outside the 14 days return timeframe.
  • Washed, worn, used, or misused items cannot be returned.
  • Items under the following categories: swimwear, underwear, lingerie, socks, make-up and earrings. These items are not covered for return due to hygiene reasons.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER 

CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at info@aceshoppingclub.com after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Our automated processes fill orders extremely quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.
